The Sign & Print Expo is the largest industry tradeshow in New Zealand, supporting the future and focus of the wider sign, print and display industry. The 2026 Expo expects to see up to 50 leading suppliers attend and present their latest products and services.
The Sign & Print Expo is the largest industry tradeshow in New Zealand, supporting the future and focus of the wider sign, print and display industry. The 2026 Expo expects to see up to 50 leading suppliers attend and present their latest products and services.
Online registration must be completed for everyone attending the Expo, especially those who will be assisting in the build-up. Once completed, each person will be emailed an electronic ticket with a unique QR code.
Upon arrival for build up at The Auckland Showgrounds, all exhibitors and staff must report to the Registration Area in the foyer outside Pavilion 4 for induction. This is to ensure a proper induction is carried out for all those entering the site. An Induction form and Safety Policy must be agreed and signed by a representative from each business. For security reasons, only those nominated for build-up and pre-registered online will be granted entry unless otherwise notified to the event organiser.
Once induction is completed each person can scan their QR code to receive their official exhibitor identification lanyard. These lanyards enable visitors to the Expo to identify stand personnel. Lanyards must be worn at all times during occupation at the venue as they permit access during pack in, Expo, and breakdown. Any staff visiting the NZ Sign & Print Expo must have an Exhibitor Pass or register as a visitor before admission will be granted.
